OK, no Hypertek K. By the way Ed, it is the 54/835cc tank and uses the J grain with a smaller orifice.

As stated previously, the GSE has been removed from the equipment trailer. I do not have the time or space to collect it from Ed for this weekend. Sorry. I am bringing Ed’s Pink tank.

I think that NCR doesn’t have it’s big tanks and the one it has is my 20# nitrous tank. I know it isn’t 100% full of nitrous. How much nitrous does the K use? I have a couple of 38mm… Read more»

Just another reason to start pouring your own motors, its cheaper and once you get the chemicals theirs nothing stopping you.

The rocket is 5.5″ diameter and 69″ tall (including nosecone). I took a 48″ piece of 5.5″ tube and added a nosecone. The motor takes up 38″ of space and the shoulder of the nosecone takes 5″ of space so… Read more»

Tonight I assembled the motor for a test fit and wrote down the specifications in my notebook. The liner is a tiny bit – about .050″ short – but will work fine. Better that than not fit between the snap… Read more»
