A 75mm large M has a decent shot at >35k. I’d definitely sim it with RASaero and see what it says.

What is on the other side of your all thread? I find for short lengths (<1" long) I trust inset hex set screws. You can tighten them down with an allen wrench and then screw what you want onto that.Obligatory… Read more»

I have no expereince with this casing, but looking at the CTI website, you are going to have a minimum of 0.60 inches of thread in the end for you to screw into. Looking at one of the other cut-aways,… Read more»
