The upper level winds were heading almost straight West to East, unlike the lower-level winds. We found John Wilke’s rocket (14k+ and a new I record, congrats!) about 1.75 miles 20 degrees N of E from from the pads.

A few kind souls have found the booster and coupler parts of this rocket but the sustainer is still missing. I heard reports of a blackhawk 24 being found at MHM and was wondering if this is perhaps the sustainer?… Read more»

The guy wasn’t even wearing a helmet 😯
I’m not sure a helmet would be enough to make much of a difference if something went wrong.8O

they will dump the DC-30’s at a reduced price.I could go for $100 DC-30’s. Mine seem to work flawlessly.

My DC-30’s fit easily “unopened” into a 54mm Coupler. They easily fit into a 3 inch NC.Also, if they need repair, I can slip them back into the dog collar for factory warranty…They’re a bit pricier, but how many will… Read more»
