I’ve switched over completely to the gum rubber hose method for charges. I have been using wire ties, but I like Doug Gerard’s idea of hose clamps even better. I haven’t flow anything else in 3 years now.Warren

That is a GREAT number. I’m always proud of how low mine is (#6983) and then I remind myself that if I divided my number by ten, it’d still be higher than Doug G’s….

Who makes a good accelerometer based altimeter/charge capable unit?I like the G-Wiz HCX or the LCX. The LCX is less expensive and only records the max altitude, velocity, etc. The HCX is a complete recorder including a user input. You… Read more»

I’ve heard numerous comments about the “error” of barometric altimeters. Any helpful hints or suggestions?Go to an accelerometer based unit 🙂 Kidding aside, “error” is misleading. They are likely more accurate than acceleration based units but they must actually be… Read more»

How about how many motors you’re buying vs. how many you’re burning. Darn you BATFE, for losing the case and letting me take motors home!
