Doug, I know Jim will be there, he has a nice boost planned. I have not flown a MW “Mini” or I’d surely help you. For my shot, I’m using a tried-and-true HA45 from PerfectFlite.Should be a great weekend!J

JW, I still haven’t mastered the intricacies of programming the R2C mini even after viewing the video on Jim’s web site. I’m hoping he’ll do the programming for me on the site. All help will be accepted and appreciated, free… Read more»

Most altimeter manufacturers suggest having mach delay employed until your velocity drops below 0.8 mach. For my M900 boosts in SkyScraper, I had the choice of 15 or 25 seconds. I had to go with the latter, as it was… Read more»

I’d probably go with the 12 second set, won’t hurt it while in coast, doesn’t change anything otherwise. At least, that’s what i’d do if I were you.

There are most definitely active sites around Warren AFB. I believe nearly 100 Minuteman silos are still going with Minuteman III. All MX Peacemakers (only 100 ever built) have been removed from the silos (2005 I believe) and are being… Read more»

FE Warren AFB is still very active with MMIII and Peacekeepers. They, I believe, had control of “our” Atlas site before it was deactivated. Don’t kid yourself, there are STILL active sites in WY, CO, and NB.http://www.strategic-air-command.com/bases/F_E_Warren_AFB.htm

Minuteman II, Minuteman III and an MX Peacekeeper. Gotta love it – our finest engineering used for mass destruction. The MX (they’re all decommissioned now) could deliver 10 dial-a-yield warheads capable of 40 kT up to 450 kT – plus… Read more»

He called me about my order and just to talk about stuff. A+ for Perf H.
I know, that surprised me, too. A call is relatively expensive, but call he does. Imagine what that does for customer loyalty? THAT’S good business.
