Due to the way the groove is ground and the way the split ring fits into that groove, I think you’d have to have a helluva lot more thrust than any AMW motor can provide to blow through that ring…. Read more»

BruceI dont know what that is. But I got a bunch of wood centering rings I won at the meeting. How ever if a p5 is a tungston, titanium, aluminum, carbon fiber sorta alloy then cant help you.

Is this really a “special” one or are you just talking about the “newer” version closure. I’m pretty sure I was told when I got my 29/360 motor it had the proper closures to hanle all reloads for the case…. Read more»

As long as you make sure the “naughty bits” are covered up, the bikini line is trimmed tight and you keep them out of sight of small children, there shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve flown many a naked bird.W 😯

As long as you have a good speed still 10 sec. in to the flight you will be OK but that is a long cost time.
