The crux issue is do you have a 2″ ball, able to handle 600-800 pounds tongue weight and have a 4 or 5 inline plug, 5 pin pentagonal or 7 pin round style wiring plug?Warren

The problem I find with Delrin is its not always strait. The Aluminum is a better idea. And not really all that expensive if you know who to talk to. But if it were me Id use the 2 methods… Read more»

I want to try a Von Karmen (spelling?) cone, and I my tubing may be slightly off-sized so there may be some shoulder issues to deal with…Regarding starting w/ Aluminum. I don’t think we can afford it 8OWhat about Delrin?… Read more»

John,What are you thinking about????Shall we have an aluminum master turned, create a mold, and then make a few nosecones?We have great machinist resources within the rocket community as well as lot of skill in mold making and glass work.
