That sucks…Honestly, I would bet that the rocketry supply there will shrink fast anyways, forcing somewhat of a boycott by default. So much for a local hobby store with someone who actually knows about rocketry…

One thing to keep in mind is that the HP certs are transferable (sp) between NAR and TRA. I certed L1 and L2 with NAR and then moved my NAR L2 cert to Tripoli when I joined TRA.Ken.
