I use an abrasive cutoff wheel on my chop saw. You and your dad are welcome to come down tomorrow and chop whatever you wish. It works well up to 4″… above that we have to get fancy.Warren

I use one of 2 tools1) jigsaw with an abrasive carbide blade2) dremel with a diamond cutoff wheel (cuts through glass/carbon/kevlar tubes like butter)

Not sure if anyone has ever tried this but I have found that if you are looking like you are going to over flow you can start tapping on the foam with your fingers and it slows it down and… Read more»
