I was just Google Mapping the Springer Fire to see how close it is to the Tripoli Colorado Hartsel site, and I noticed that the images are from a TC launch day.
A half dozen cars on the line as well as the launch tower can be seen from space!
Perhaps someone can find that lost rocket.....
It's a little off topic, but does anyone know the status of the Tripoli Colorado Spring Fling this upcoming weekend? I just figured out where to add myself to the e-mail list. I never noticed how close the Springer Fire is to the launch site.
It may be off topic, but it definitely is a more important topic.
I hope they can contain this one fast and limit the damage to people and property.
