My wife, Lea, and I discussed doing food at O'fest (she has cooked for the annual meeting for the last 2 years) but we didn't want to step on anyone else and Kandy had come twice before so we just assumed... if we had known, we would definitely have come. At the annual meeting we'll put something up to discuss on the agenda. I think we should be able to count on there being one food vendor at our big events at least on Saturday.

I'm in for the elk, will have a grill, didn't know about Kandy until the last minute and given the direction the USFS is headed, Food vendors and other vendors are probably going to have to pay for the priviledge of providing a public service. Nothing final yet but that's the way they are leaning. Details probably firm by January's meeting.
