Sad news indeed. Tough losing members of such a small community. Funny how you almost feel like you know people in your hobby by reputation even if you've never met them.

I will always remember Paul as the best storyteller ever! He and I sat on the ramp of a trailer in Texas and messed with the back of Event Horizon for a couple hours, all we were doing was installing motors which was a ten minute job but Paul was eager to tell me about the ouR project and about his hurricane experiences, time just seemed to fly by! I will miss him! He did a lot for me in the time I knew him and he did a great deal for everyone in rocketry.

I met Paul Robinson for the first time this year at LDRS28 in Potter, NY. In the brief amount of time we spoke, he seemed like a nice and brave man, knowing that his future on this earth was limited.
