As a total surprise, yesterday I received a plaque saying "Most Unique Rocket" for the rocket "Captain Electric's Saturn Screamer" which my dad and I flew with limited success during Oktoberfest.
I'm not sure who arranged this or how, but thanks very much to you guys for nominating/voting/awarding this nice plaque, however it happened! My dad will sure be tickled to see it next time he visits Colorado.

PS. I'm looking forward to flying again with you guys soon, as soon as it gets a bit warmer. My kids and I have some fun rockets in the works, including a 7-motor cluster that's going to need a lot of juice to get going. See you soon.

Its a little event that Dave Tjarks and myself put on. This was the 2nd annual Rocketry awards dinner. But all the votes came from those who registered and thought yours the best in that class..
