We have gotten some pretty substantial rain on / near the launch sites. Strange year. I actally ran my furnace for a few minutes this AM 😯
There was an article in the paper about the banner year the Prairie Primrose was having this year -- those were the white flowers that were so prominently displayed on the prairie over Memorial Day weekend.
Let it rain!

The last and only time I actually saw the prairie green was during the June '07 launch, even had horny toads (lizards) jumping through the grass. Yep, let it rain! 😉
