All,
We need to step up the volunteering a bit! In the past we have usually been able to find enough folks standing around at most launches to help out and push the launch button when needed.
Now, many of our long standing volunteers are busy supporting our hobby in other much needed ways. We cannot ask them to do double duty.
Let me know if you can LCO this Saturday as we do not have anyone signed up to LCO/RSO yet.
Ken R. will be towing the railer.
Thanks everyone.
Ed
I can LCO some, although I'll also be flying some for the alphabet contest.
8) I can help out too!
I'd love some LCO training! I'll be there early, Chad Moore
Thanks guys!
My cert has lapsed, but I'll help out as needed (or possible).
Ken
Have fun Guys & Gals. I work this weekend or I would be there.
Just a reminder. Take Your boots. The mud will be pretty sticky.
Looks like a good weather day for flying.
But if you have a training session, I'll jump in.
I try tomorrow, again... It's going to be my fourth L2 Attempt.
Mike,
Sorry you're not going to be there. Thanks for the photos last time.
If you are doing the training I will take it as well.
Well, the weather rolled in a day earlier than forecasted and by noon, the mud, wind and cold were no longer agreeable conditions to continue. Chad Moore did an excellant job of learning and operating as an LCO and we'll do more training at April's launch.
