Hey everyone, I finally finished my 2007 NCR "Year in Review" DVD. I will have it with me at Mayhem this weekend. Please respond here or directly (skylinkdave@gmail.com) if you'd like a copy, so I'll know how many to bring with me. I don't have the packaging ready, so for now I'll hand out just the disc itself, and mail out the "final" version when the packaging is done. Here's a list of the events covered on the DVD:
Mayhem in May
Mayhem in June
Oktoberfest
Last flight of "uprOar"
Plus one more super secret surprise
The DVD includes more than an hour and a half of footage from last year, and is selling for $20 this time.
And yes Bruce, I'll have 537 copies for you...
thanks,
Dave
Count me in for one!
Art
Dave, you already have my order. Can't wait to see it.
Doug
ME,Me, ME! I will have table room!
I should mention that the "super secret surprise" is about 18 minutes of Doug's film that was converted to digital. Of the footage that Doug had transferred, I'm including flights that Doug filmed at NCR, dating back to 2005.
I want one. Can I get at MHM?
Count me in for a copy.
Warren
Okay, got you both down for a copy, thanks! Yes Mike, I'll have copies with me at Mayhem.
Dave, I need FOUR! Yeehaw, been waiting almost a year! ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!
Another great 'DVD' from Dave H.

So much better watching people You know launching.
Thanks for coming, and all the work.
Still in awe yet again! Man, it is SO fantastic to have some of Doug's work on DVD. It is... beyond words.

It was a lot of fun to work with his material, and I'm eternally grateful to Doug for letting me use it in my project. Thanks Doug!
I was happy to provide it. I just wish other more notable flights were also transferred.
Doug
Doug, your footage is by far the very best amateur rocketry footage on the planet, bar none. I just showed it the other night to a friend of mine who has been out to a few launches and he just sat there with his jaw gaping the entire time. I'm looking forward to the Saturn footage if any was taken.
You most definitely have the admiration of everyone who has ever seen any of your films.
Warren

Unfortunately, that was some of the footage that I wanted transferred but it didn't get included with this batch. It will be the first clips that I transfer if I ever get my own transfer machine finished.
