Did they close up too? I want a Honest John kit.
Madcow shows it, but you can't order it... Or, where can I get a nose cone?
Whats up may have the madcow kit in stock...

Performance rocketry makes a huge one, not sure if the smaller one was ever kitted... ask John (3dogs)
Hadn't seen whatsup. Thanks for the link.

I can cheick on the HJ - I believe it only available in a LARGE size, tho- I have not brought in scale kits... lots and lots of sport stuff. I'll check -
I would like the 5.5 you might be able to get.... Depends on the motor though. I'm wanting to get some 54 and down stuff to fly too. It's cheaper that way. In fact, I was thinking about going back to the original plan of 54 on the Wildman DD, unless I can do a 98/54 reducer. I would like it if you could get the scale stuff.
Curtis is doing a couple of things going forward. First, anything with a molded fin can is GONE... much of the scale stuff was indeed molded fin cans. The ARCAS, etc. are all changed. I'd like to let him get the bugs out of all that before I bring in those kits.
Second thing is he is about to introduce a large number of newer kits, and I'd like to see what those look like before committing either way.
One thing I like about 3 Dogs / Performance is that I can come up with a kit and send him a rocksim file and away we go. I have to bring in 10 of them at a time, but for the right kit - that's no problem. I've sold ten Little Dog Dual Deploys already.
At the annual meeting I'll do a bit of a poll on who-wants-what going forward and I'll stock and/or design accordingly.
Can you get me a nose cone of any size? I can do the rest...
I have about 3 dozen cones on order - various shapes, ratios, and diameters. I also have a fair inventory now. Send me a note at 3dogsrocketry (at) comcast dot net or PM me here and I'll let you know what the situation is for whatever cone you may be looking for?
I checked on the Honest John 5.5 and it turns out that Curtis never built a single, solitary one. He is coming out with one that will have molded, but through-the-wall fins. Stay tuned. I like the idea of a molded, individual fin - it keeps some sense of scale, but is more in line with a traditional build.
