Even with a DOB, take a good look at Jupiter, JW. Brightest it and its moons will be in quite a while. 😉

Warren, I missed your post on coming out - sorry! That said, we didn't take a scope as the winds were kicking up... it was quite clear, but quite windy Saturday PM. This morning it was totally overcast up there, but not a drop of rain fell.

Next weekend is the new moon - so we might take the scopes out then? It is starting to get a wee bit nippy after dark up there!!! And yes - Jupiter is sensational right now!

Joe ALWAYS makes the right decision - that's why we've voted for him the last 7 years.

I have to say, our El Presidente is possibly one of the finest human beings I have ever known. He has repeatedly volunteered to help with my remodel, not to mention the many volunteer efforts he puts in on behalf of far more organizations than just NCR. My biggest fear for NCR is that Joe will someday decide he doesn't want to be president anymore because those are some damn big shoes to fill.
