I flew into the jet stream once. This will *NOT* happen again! It was dead calm on the ground. I got to 27K MSL and my rocket landed six miles away - after a perfect dual deploy. The main did not come out at apogee (thankfully).
This is a page worth watching if anyone is goign to be getting up near 20K AGL or higher.
If we get a higher window, at MHM, and if it is clear, and it there is no jet stream, I'm going to try a monster boost. Please no jet stream!!!
