Level One Certification at Hartsel?

I am a Tripoli member and am interesting in getting my Level One Certification before Octoberfest. (I am out of the country on business for the Aug 1 club date unfortunately.) Can I do this at the Hartsel launch on 9/12 or 9/13?

Do I need to contact their Tripoli group or ours?
