It looks like Saturday morning the 19th of September is the best option for the equipment cleaning day. That will give us two weeks before Oktoberfest.
We'll start at 9:00 am and should be done by noon. Coffee, donuts, and bagels provided. Let me know if you can make it!

No need to bring anything other than a willingness to clean rods, rails, stands, or whatever else happens to be encrusted with rocket soot or Pawnee dust. I'll PM you with directions to my house south of Longmont.
