Four days - quick and clumsy data capture - Friday 145 flights. Saturday 148 flights Sunday 120 flights Monday 28 flights for a total of 441 flights of which 108 were Class Two. Big changes in the Alphabet Soup but it looks as if J's are the level to beat, at the moment. However, registration is now closed. Details on leaderboard and final prize pot soon. Lots of Certs - some of which I have paperwork for - a Jr. L1, L1's, L2's and L3's - details soon. Huge thanks to everyone that showed up, weathered thru and played out on the range. Give me a day or two and all will get posted. Send me altitudes or notes of flights if not recorded on cards.
Share pictures and videos (thanks Mike) here or on YouTube (Thanks Generalripper) and start prepping for Oktoberfest - details later.
Joe, awesome job as always - in addition to the excellent administration of a another big launch, you stole the show with the Saturn V (with a little help from Ed) - nice job, guys!
Thanks for another GREAT launch, though the weatherman should be slapped. Oktoberfest prep? July may be a really big launch in and of itself.
Looking forward to seeing who is where on the alphabet. A "J" motor probably won't get you much in this, though it also appears it may not go as high as I had thought earlier. Several very good fliers got tripped up and it will be a long road to start over -- but I bet they come back. It is a great contest. I chuckled when I realized the 13th letter of the alphabet is "M" 😯
Hey! 🙂 Im at "F" 🙂 took some work but im there!
Launch Logs are posted. Any errors or mis-spellings is becasue I couldn't read the scribbles. Lots of new motors needing data so the Bonfire standings may not be right. Who was our primary LCO on Monday? I don't recognize your penmanship - hence Unknown. Sorry I don't remember - it's all a blurr now.
Awesome! is the Alphabet contest sorted anywhere? I didn't see anything on the main "contests" page... Just curious if I have to start saving for that N8000 :-O
Thanks for doing all that, Joe - lotsa work!
