Can new lines be sewn back on?

What is it worth without lines?

Jax down here has ones with lines and w/o. If the lines are like the ones here - ~12" long, I think you could tie paracord to them.

I don't know about sewing lines back on. I know with my sewing ability it would be a recipe for disaster. Always Ready Rockerty has surplus chutes with lines fairly reasonable.
