Knowing our club officers & members, this may have already been done, but in case you didn't already know about it:
The monthly NAR e-mail I received today had a discussion of a NAR Safety Equipment Grant program which provides up to $250 for clubs to buy safety equipment, including fire equipment. In light of the November incident and the need to replenish & augment the club's fire equipment, perhaps we should apply, if we haven't already.

The application has to be submitted by a section NAR officer. The deadline to apply is May 30th.
Been there, done that. NCR received a grant the first year the program was offered and the funds were used to put new tires on the trailer. Subsequently, a deposit was put into our bank account earmarked for a PA purchase so we are not eligible this time around.
