Got home and had the 2007 ATF Federal Explosives Law
and Regulations book in the mail.
When it comes to understanding this stuffffff it will take Me a
few reads to soak in. ❓
If anyone has a spacific question (assuming You do not have the 2007
version), please ask and I will look it up. I will TRY. 😯
I have it as well. Actually downloaded it before last year when it came out electronically to and I have read it more then a few times. Trying to understand it will depend a lot on "interpretation" just as past ones have. Some things have changed, but there is more then meets the eye when reading it. Most of it is NOT necessarily written with our hobby in mind. Most is written as if one were in the business of explosives. There are other documents out there that do shed some light on such. If anyone should need them I would be glad to share. They may and can help clear alot of what is and what is not.
