I just got home at about 3:45 from the north site. It was a little breezy today but warm, sunny and overall a great day for flying. There were several cert flights, many HP flights and a couple of lost rockets. Despite the breeze it was an incredible November day.

We had a total of fifty flights on Saturday - I'll get launch logs posted some time tomorrow. Saturday evening got dead calm and unfortunately the wind pick up about 4 AM as I was setting back my watch. And then it never let up, as it was supposed to do. By noon on Sunday we'd watched Mike chase his two flights further out than they went up and we closed the range. Sponge Bob will fly some other time. Static tests on Sunday were way kool, lots of noise (Conway Loudmouth motors) and pretty diamonds all around. Stupid wind ruined probably the most gorgeous day of November we're gonn'a have all month. Time to start the moisture dancing - bring on the weather and keep the drought away.
