I can get back to working on Rockets again! Pine Wood Derby, besides the District race is done. Pleased to announce, in our intense effort to be competative this year, nailed first in 3 out 3 classes entered 8) (there were 5 total). Daughter was first in Brownie class after some last minute repairs from a dropped car. 😯 My son was first in the in his class and in the Pack, which will allow him to race the District Level in a few weeks. 8) He raced first today with the Tiger Scouts, and held the track record all day long, Well, at least untill I shattered it, with my Modified Open Class Car (we raced last, ooooops 😳 ).
My, or my wifes, wheels would have been illegal in the Cub Scout or Brownie classes. I took first in the Modified Open Class, and wife took second in that class too. Hey, you did'nt think I would make her car faster than mine did you?!!!! All in all a good day!

And yes, I guess I'm BRAGGING!!! 😉 😉
