One time last year..
At the North Site a rocket left the pad and made a strange
(clear) disturbance in the air.
It was noted by the LCO at the time.
You had to be in the right place at the right time. And
the duration was very, very short.
I ment to ask at the time 'What It Was' and forgot.
Any feed back.
Was that a mach disturbance?
Hard to say, honestly (especially since I don't remember the event). I'd be surprised if it were mach-related, but it's not impossible.
