I love photos .. especially Rocketry Photos. When I started in Rocketry (again) in 1999/2000 most folks were still shooting film .. if anything. Therefore I have few shots of my early days, cert flights, etc. Though I have tons now, just check my website!.
I see lots of cameras out there these days but rarely see many of the pics. I wondered where folks are posting their shots and those that aren't .. do you want to? As a club we should really try to get a shot or two of every cert flight .. it's not that many .. and post them somewhere for all to see. Certs are a very cool accomplishment and should be shared. I'll ask about adding this to our NCR site once the Gallery is working again but I also have tons of room at my site for any who would like to post a few pics of their cert .. or any 'special' flights .. on my site.
I'll create a Gallery called NCR Club Pics .. check it out. Contact me if you want to send pics or need help with the process.

We of course have the Coppermine gallery on the site although it has never worked well with PHPNuke, our content management system. Most folks host their own pics on Flickr or Picassa or Photobucket and post links in the forums. That works best from my perspective because it minimizes the storage space we use on our servers as well as the bandwidth of hosting a large number of photos or videos.

I get that .. but believe a lot of folks don't have Flickr, etc and so never post .. I'm just offering them an option to share their pics. I don't know about actual bandwidth impact .. but storage space is rarely an issue these days ... I have way more than I need.
