My shock cord came off of the eye bolt on the ceterning ring on my Super Batray. The rocket is completly built and finished any suggestions on how I can attach it back on. The rocket is about 40 inches tall and my arms are too short to reach down into the tube that far. Thanks!
Depending upon the diameter, you might try using an electrician's fish tape, or even a coat hanger to get a lead through the eye. Then just pull the new shock cord through, tie a loop in the end, and feed the free end through that and tighten up. Probably not the best knot to use, but it beats tearing it apart.

If it were me, I'd use a 4' dowel, some lightweight leader string with a weight on one end and some putty to stick the string/weight on the end of the dowel. Use the dowel to get the weight through the eyebolt and use gravity and the weight to pull it through. Then attach the heavier cord to the leader. To tie it off, you can use a double overhand knot that will travel into the rocket and against the eyebolt when you pull it tight.

It should be centering ring, just a typo.

That's just Adrian's tag line. He rarely builds anything that isn't minimum diameter, thus the quote.
