I know the upscale contest has been addressed in the forums several times over, but are we thinking of adding it to the annual meeting agenda?
Basically, this would be any Estes/Centuri/Quest upscale to be flown at Oktoberfest 2010. If I recall, the entry fee was to be $50.

I think so - if a consensus can be reached. I'll scratch out some proposed rules.
