Our newest NCR and NAR member, Reed Coker, 9 years old, NAR#88844, is the Overall A/B division Champion of BMMRC IV! ... and coincidently, his mentor, moi, was the Overall C division Champion. Reed is my next door neighbor in Louisville.

NCR (NAR section 565) won the two of the three divisions represented at the meet. See all the results below.

Summary - As far as individual events go for Reed and Mike...

In the A/B division, Reed got 1st in the Random Duration, C Streamer Duration and A Rocket Glider; 2nd in the B Helicopter; 3rd in the Spot Landing; and had qualifying points in the C Superoc. Total 1626 points.

In the C division, I got 1st in the C Streamer Duration and A Rocket Glider; 2nd in Random Duration, 3rd in Helicopter; 4th in Spot landing and C Superroc. Total 1446 points (so I guess Reed did better than me as well!)

FYI - BMMRC IV stands for the 4th annual Bruce Markielewski Memorial Rocket Contest. Bruce was a model rocket guru, a founder of CRASH, and still holds a lot of national records.
