You only really need one qualified flight, where duration takes two.
I'll have altimeters that people can borrow, so that should make it easier too. The altimeters are the Jolly Logic AltimeterOne, which only fit 18mm tubes. So don't make a minimum diameter A-Altitude rocket (Estes A3-4T motor).
