What a terrific kit... It has been upscaled to HPR a time or two. A friend of mine built a big one once, and he had the decals, etc. reproduced. It was awesome....

If you can build - and successfully fly an Orbital Transport, no one will mind if it is a do-over 😉 I have seen really big Alphas, Big Berthas, some terrific Quarks, the Oribital Transport, Mars Landers... truth be told, I wouldn't mind seeing any of them again - they were all terrific.

Try the alien explorer. I was thinkin of doing that one but already have plans for the upscale contest if it happens. I absolutly love this rocket but there are alot of fragile parts that would need some serious support if upscaled. Im still trying to gather my parts for my upscale Yellow jacket but like everything else I start another project. Will be building a 3-4X trident or T2 soon.

Im also partial to the mars snooper too. There are sooo many estes rockets I would love to upscale.

Your not going to tell me you have seen a crusader swing wing upscaled are you? That or "DER RED MAX" Maybe a really really big Red Max.

The hands-down best upscale I have ever seen is Doug G's "Mars Snooper". It was outrageously cool.....

The "Trident" was cool. Ditto for the Estes "Goblin".

Scott dont feel bad about doing something thats already been done. Im sure there is not a rocket out there that hasnt been scaled up.

Just build what YOU want to build and dont worry/care if its been done before.
