looking for someone that would have some interest to set up and help mantain a website for CRS. Let me know if you would be interested and what could be done. Please feel free to PM me or email me.
I'll talk with Jeremiah about it. I can arrange hosting for you for $10/mo or thereabouts.

Conway, Take a look at www.aplus.net
I have created several websites, and currently maintain a few, and their hosting programs (get the Unix package - $5.95/mo or business at $7.95/mo with free domain names - more storage than you'll ever use) and control panel allow on-line changes from any computer that you find yourself at. I don't mind helping set it up for you. The idea is to make it simple and easy enough that you or anyone else can make changes to it, using the simplest of html code.
See a few of mine (you know of another):
www.torcavettes.com
www.sliderulemuseum.com
www.oughtred.org
www.donbrewerwakpa.com
I can work on these anywhere I go. They provide all the design tools anyone needs.
Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I will look at them later and see what I would like to do..
Hey Mike, Would you do me a favor. I saw an email from you earlier today but some how it got ate with my junk mail file. Could you please resend..
Thanks
Conway
If you're planning an online store, you'll need a bit more than what you can get for $5.95 a month. A simple presence-site with static content can easily be done that way and that's probably the way you want to go initially. I'd take Mike up on the offer if this is the way you want to go. Contact me via email if you want to discuss something more elaborate like an online store, PayPal, CC auth, etc.

Well decided to register our domain name last night.

Now I think for starters I would love to find a simple host with simple pages for now. Stuff that we can put up some pictures announcements and info along with contact stuff and the likes. Would love to have some different email addy's just for the business to keep it all clean and out of my personal email stuff. Thanks to all so far for the suggestions. I must admit this stuff here is new ground for me.
My next project is to create a logo.
Thanks!!

I've been pretty happy with the www.godaddy.com Website tonight product. It has a web page builder and templates in it that are easy to use. I haven't done any web stuff before and I did get my site up and running with 1 evening's work. You can also easily use PayPal to make a payment button that you can just paste into your page. If you have a larger number of items to sell, you can use godaddy.com's quick shopping cart to make full-featured catalog pages. Don't do what I did, though, and start out getting just the quick shopping cart and think that that's all you will need. The "website tonight" is what you want in order to have a general-purpose page with pictures, links to download manuals, etc.
