Just got a helpful reminder that anything in excess of 25k needs TRA prior approval. I plan on nothing that high. Seems to me Pat G mentioned something about a 75 percent rule--anyone knows what that means?

I believe the 75% rule was something for LDRS specifically, as I see no mention of it on the Tripoli site. Don't quote me on this, but IIRC, it is unnecessary for this launch (it is only needed for flights that may exceed 25k)
The rule is simple - If you flight sims to 24K or above you need to get permission from the Tripoli BOD - specifically from Pat Gordzelik. The application form is on the Tripoli website and you need to fill it out and send it to Pat Gordzelik along with your Rocksim file for the bird (or whatever sim program you use). In theory, you should not fly above 29K as there is a comment in the rules about staying under the waiver.

In addition to getting TRA BoD approval, please bring proof of such to the launch as NO ONE without a copy of the email from Pat G approving their flight attempts will be allowed to loft their altitude shot.
