I lost a 3 in dia about 55 in tall. Dark red rocket at the launch today. It is painted with a checkerboard nose cone.
Please contact me off line @ 970 405 7478 if you should locate it
Thank you in advance

or plain lost from view after launch? Expected altitude, dual vs. single deploy, are helpful.
In the afternoon, most of the single deploys were heading east by northeast. The smaller rockets were landing due North. If this one was a single deploy at altitude, it's probably east by Northeast and at least .75 miles from the launch pad.
Good luck. It will probably show up.
It was single deploy.... I was expecting about 4500 or so.
individuals suggested that it was within the fence... however I was unable to locate it...
I sure would appreciate it if someone found it and let me know...
best regards,
jeff W.
Larry H. had a 3700 feet apogee deploy, It ended up next to the OHV parking lot, which is outside the fence to the NE of the Launch Site. He did feel he used an oversize chute for his bird. So, maybe yours went a similar distance or less.
Larry's was approx 1.8 miles out. To get to the OHV parking area, go North past the launch site to the first gate. Open it, and then in a few hundred yards will be another gate on the right. Go thru this and follow the road. Just past the windmill is the OHV parking lot.
Please close the gates, as the ranchers get rather cranky, rightfully so, when they're left open!
Good luck. Losing a rocket is miserable, yet most of us have done so. I did yesterday too.
