John and I lost a 38mm rocket from about 6000 feet at the north site. It weighed in at about 2lbs, and had a large mylar streamer for recovery, so it should be fairly close to the pad. It was last seen going up at just a little over mach, and here is a picture so people can identify it. That pic is the last time anyone saw it (yeah that's an H999). Also , presumably in the rocket (unless it kicked) was a Rouse Tech 38/360 case, with a plugged forward closure.
Last seen barreling thru a cloud. It did weathercock a bit as it slowed due to the high winds, Donna my gf thought it might be a little North of the site, I had it pegged maybe 100 degrees CCW of the road. Does have a nice casing and electronics aboard, so reward offered.
