So for my ejection charge holders I just used a 1" copper end cap with a hole drilled in the side for the e-match to go into. I assume that is a pretty standard way of doing it. SO what do you guys use to seal the hole so the BP doesn't leak out the side? I was thinking silicone glue or maybe play-doh would work. A drop of 5 minute epoxy would probably be OK too but a little kinda a pain since the ematch obviously has to be replaced each flight. Any other ideas comments etc?
I have used a product called Blue Tac. It is a product that is suposed to hold posters and stuff to walls. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blu-tack
I am sure it is sold under a number of differant names. Also I use masking tape to hold anything else together, don't use electrical tape, it will turn into a sticky icky mess on recovery.

That is a great way to seal a charge (Blu-Tack). I use something very similar that I got at Home Depot (IIRC) that is used to stick posters to walls.
For charges, I use LOC 1/2" launch lugs cut to random lengths. I then run a 3/8" dowel through a bandsaw and create little "bulkheads" that I epoxy into one end of the LOC lug. On the ends of my ebay, I have permanently installed 5/8" table leg protectors (got these from ACE Hardware). I drill a hole through the bottom of the charge holder and the table leg protector.
The table leg protector holds the charges in the perfect position.. they cannot get loose or flop around, and they are directed out the end of the airframe. The canisters are incredibly durable, I'll bet I have used some of them 40 times.
I use this system on most rockets. Everything is interchangeable...
