Actually, I have no idea if it was really our first, but how'd it go yesterday? I couldn't do both days since I'm saving up my hall passes for MHM. Hope you guys had the same great weather with a touch less wind.
The day was ok. The weather was a bit better with less wind at times. I was not able to fly but I did get in a couple of static tests in prep for MHM's research day. My Purple Nurple color came out fantastic so I made up two 6 grain "M" motors for Sponge Bob as well as four 5 grain K motors with my SunRise propellant. I have been making motors over the past couple of weeks including several more I, J, and K motors to fly at MHM. Just hope the weather is real nice.
A few other people flew rockets but ended up walking due to the wind. If the weather was nicer I believe there would have been many more flights. Overall it was a good day.
