I have some Aeropoxy Light that I have never used. It's been sitting in my garage for quite a while, so it will be opened and hopefully JW will inspect it (he's the authority), just to make sure it's still viable.
Is it the PR2032/PH3660?
Bruce, I'll be glad to look at it. Some comments on AeroPoxy Lite... first, it saves you a LOT of iterations on the fill / sand / prime process. I have used this stuff several times, and it typically takes care of everything in ONE iteration. It can also be fiberglassed over (I checked with the mfr on this and have done it several times). It is the best filler there is, period-end-of-story.
Basically you should think of this as very strong Bondo. It is even the same color 😀
Ken, this is what it is:

Bruce, my Aeropoxy lite has been around for 4 years and is most definitely still good after being stored in the garage the whole time. I swear by this stuff and it is the best filler I've ever used. Pot life isn't super (about 30 minutes) but other than that, it is awesome. Lightweight, sands easy and very smooth. The only thing I don't use it for is rockets that will have a clear finish over carbon. I use it to build up fin strakes, fill fabric irregularities, build up fillets, fill pinholes... damn near everything. It rocks.
Thanks, Warren, thanks, John. Hmmm, maybe I shouldn't sell it. Naw, it needs to be used. I'll buy more from Joe when the time comes. The only sin in this hobby/art as some of you: both of you, Tony and others have made it, is to not let something be used. 😉
