Greetings -
Like Warren, I plan to sell a ton 'o stuff at the annual meeting. I didn't fly a single rocket this year, and I'm not planning on doing a lot of flying going forward.
I'll compile a list soon, but suffice to say there are a few reloads, a lot of parachutes, used shock cords, a range box filled with quick links and eyebolts and everything else that finds it's way into a range box... some electronics, battery testers, casings, some built rockets, etc.
I plan to sell all of my built rockets except for a couple that I reserve the right to fly again 8) I also have some sentimental birds that I will not part with. That said, there are couple of built KestreLs and a number of other projects that I will be parting with. Some of those rockets have some decent history and more than a few monster flights.
Along with all that, there are tons of construction items (boxes of sandpaper, bulk popsicle sticks for mixing epoxy, paint, etc.)
I still plan to vend Kevlar, etc. at launches. I hope to have more time to LCO and work on my tan during launches 8) Contact me if you are looking for ANYTHING. I about guarantee I have it....
8) I am going to save my 'black friday' money for the meeting. 8) Unless that wildman type guy has a 3.5 AMRAAM at a rock bottom price!!!! 😆
Nice thought Tim but the "Black Saturday" sale gets me every year. How can you say no to 30-40% markdowns on sweet all-glass kits? Well, I can't. Hopefully I still have some to spend on JW's high altitude hot sauce gear. Pretty sure I'm gonna need some new chutes and shock cords.
As a follow-up to my earlier posting, I'd like to try and gauge interest in "built" rockets. I basically don't want to haul them to the meeting if there isn't any interest.
I have a couple KestreLs, a minimum diameter 4" rocket... some minimum diameter 38's (mostly or all glass) plus some projects that were started but never finished.
PM or email me if you want more details.
Thanks!
JW
