Whitney has assured me that it will rain Wednesday and Thursday, so we should be good to go 🙂

Did any of the super wet snow we got down in Denver hit up in Pawnee? Hopefully it will mitigate some of the fire danger if it gets good and soaked in.

So why do you need the retainer, instead of just screwing an eyebolt into the closure that linked above (also by aeropack)?

Anyone ever tried one of these? They have them for Pro54 and Pro38 hardware apparently. I was thinking it looks like it would work for a threaded forward closure. Would be pretty handy if they work...

Is there really a forward closure for Pro54 motors? Or what is this tapped threaded bulkhead you speak of?

How much is really needed for bagging fins. I'm sure more is better but how much real difference is there in the final product if you go from say 10" to 20" of vacuum?

I too have an AMW 54/1750 that I would be happy to loan or sell if needed.
