RE: Special Guest at Octoberfest! Excellent 🙂 It was great to meet him at LDRS, and it will be great to see him again. I look forward to it. |

RE: Web site update Rather than a call in, I wonder what CTI's 29mm 3 grain G106 skidmark would look like at night? Hmm. I'm not an expert at the legalities, but I think it's still classified a high power motor. I have... |

RE: Motors for Oktoberfest No L3 on that one - I'll be attempting 3 miles and supersonic velocity in my AMRAAM (probably on Saturday), which will be a flight signed off on by a L3 (since I can't get my L3 on an already built ro... |

RE: Motors for Oktoberfest I'm getting a brand new CTI dual thrust M motor - it has one grain of Vmax and 4 of Imax, IIRC. It should give 1 second at 600lbf, followed by 4 seconds at 250lbf. Should be a lot of fun 😀 |

RE: Pro54 K660 for sale - It's awesome, yes, but IMHO, it isn't a K700. The 700 just has an incredible roar and flame to it that is hard to match. Of course, the 660 is still a great motor - if I had something to fly it in any... |

RE: Toroidal Parachutes for Sale What kind of shroud line length would they have? I may be interested in one of the 48" models. John: if they're anything like the Rocket Rage, they're kind of a pain to pack, but once you get them pac... |

RE: Thanks to the launch crew It's definitely not the norm, that's for sure. I had my first CATO larger than a D motor on Saturday. I'm not sure why there were so many failures, but hopefully, the trend will change next month. |

RE: Help w/L2 cert You shouldn't have to contact any witnesses beforehand - I know there will be plenty of people (me included) willing to sign off on a L2 at just about any launch. As for the test stuff, I'm not sure. ... |

Lost: Wildman Jr Today (Sunday, 7/12), I lost my Wildman Junior kit out on the prairie. It had a CTI Pro38 4g case in it, it was unpainted glass, and had a red nose cone and a red and white PML 36" chute. It shouldn't... |

RE: Motors for the July 11-12 Launch Tim: will you have any of the Aerotech 38mm forward closures that don't have a delay well ("Endburn Style", or something like that)? Oh, and I'll make sure to bring my 38-29 adapter for the Wildman - ... |

RE: Duel Thrust CTI Motor What I'd really love is one of these to throw in my AMRAAM: I may even have to get my L3 just for this motor 😀 |

RE: Motors for the July 11-12 Launch Excellent 😀 I'll have my Wildman Junior ready, so I'll try some of the 38 H or I motors. I also managed to snag an I59WN longburning boost-sustain (I think that's what Aerotech calls it) motor at LDRS... |

RE: Loki M3000 Keep in mind that Adrian was assuming that CF could withstand 62,500 pounds per square inch without trouble. That would require near perfect CF work - probably with a high pressure, high temperature c... |

RE: Mad Dog Construction. Hobby epoxy would work fine if you wanted (15min probably - the 5min cures before it can really soak in, though it won't really soak into the fiberglass at all regardless), although I prefer West Syst... |
