A wet tile saw works wonders – I have one setup in a table so I can rest the tube against stops and rotate it to cut. I’ve always had dead even cuts also.Edward

Geof,I don’t know if you go to Hughes Stadium but last time I called CSU they were okay with Estes rockets there. Not in the Stadium but in the adjacent parking lots.Edward

Today Larimer County issued a fire ban in effect until November 1st. Both sites are in Weld County, but I can imagine that something similar will come soon :(Edward

I wish GLR would also make 5.5″ I have cones for 5.5 but not for 6″. Also I like the plastic nosecones for 5.5 vs the fiberglass for 6″.Edward

I’m even betting that you could fly a 54mm minimum diameter rocket out of LOC paper on that newfangled CTI longburner. The maximum thrust is 126#, but you’d need a nice paint job so you don’t scorch the wax paper… Read more»
