Good rule of thumb says a shock cord should be four to five times the length of the rocket. 9/16 tubular nylon should be alright. If you use an electrician chain or pirate chain method in the cords that helps… Read more»

Actually, I think by the time you turned it in to the LCO desk, Bob Steinke had sort of given up hope of finding his Mustang which was one of the first flights of the day. Another happy reunion.

We’ll be out there on the 21st for a Search and Rescue and site cleanup. Starting at 10 AM, we’llwalk the area and pick up trash as we go. Good land stewardship and exercise. NOT a launch day. Thanks.
