RE: Does anyone recognize this? That could be one of mine or John Wilke's - the pic is pretty blurry. We've both lost 24mm MD birds over the last couple years. Was there an altimeter besides the transmitter? In any event, bring it ... |

RE: MHM - who will fly what?? Adrian, The F32 is the contest killer motor - it is a 24mm 100% F motor and less than a dozen newtons shy of a G. ALL world F altitude records have been set with either the F32 or its sister motor, th... |

RE: MHM - who will fly what?? Kyle, I can't wait to see what you and John have cooked up. Knowing John, you've done most of the work and he's done the mentoring and I'm sure you have a helluva project to fly. If you have a success... |

RE: Stainless 1515 rail buttons If I recall correctly, Brakleen is a halogenated solvent and as such is a major source of ozone destruction in the stratosphere and upper altitudes. They do not break down for hundreds of years. Aweso... |

RE: Stainless 1515 rail buttons This is completely off topic, but given the industry you work in Mike, I wonder if you could comment on this. A while back, it was reported that ALL the hard disk drives in the ISS essentially seized ... |

RE: Stainless 1515 rail buttons There is a teflon spray I've used in the past that would likely be far better. I just mentioned WD40 because I've seen a lot of folks in the club use it that way and for that purpose and its usually s... |

RE: Stainless 1515 rail buttons I'm thinking about maybe multi-piece stainless rail buttons with a teflon washer on both the inner and outer bearing surface. In general though, I spray WD40 on rails before every flight. It definitel... |
