I can remember anyone who wants to bring me beer. Don’t feel too bad Art, I think we have only launched twice since September.

Nothing heavy but we have had consistent spurts of precipitation down south in the Littleton area. I’m hoping the same is happening up north. Anyone care to venture a guess at the odds of getting to fly this weekend?

OK, first off, thanks Chris for that super cool analysis. That graphic is better than any answer I expected to get. Has anyone done one of these DD or mostly just single deploy? May I ask how you guys set… Read more»

I have no idea what that term that Warren just used means, but I think it translates loosely to “Ravens are cool”.

It appears from the bad pictures I’ve seen that the antenna configuration on the DC 30 and 40 is much better than the DC 20. Unfortunately I have not had a chance to see a clear one. If anyone has… Read more»

I’m really itching to fly, but in all honesty unless the weather report looks really good I won’t likely make the 2 hour pilgramage up there.

I’ve never thought about doing zipperless with motor ejection, are you suggesting drilling holes in the bulkhead?

So the graph that it plots for you isn’t accurate? I use this feature all the tim but I haven’t built anything yet that I’ve flown enough to really test it’s accuracy.

I’m not sure what is worse, you suggesting that or the fact that I like the idea 😯

Sure Bruce, but I think your share of the gas money may be about $120 😛

Do you know what the delays are? I’ll take all 3 G64’s if they are not 4 second delays. This club meeting is going to get me divorced. I’ll take one each of the 161, 211, and 284 also.

I was going to hit Ft. Collins Plastics on the way up to the annual meeting. They only carry .010″ mylar in stock. Will that work OK? Do I need to use a wax or release agent on the mylar?
