I would vote to carry over. Normally I know it's get it done early in case of cancelled launches, but this year has obviously been unreasonably bad for flying.

My last dance brought on a hail storm that did about $6K in damage to my car, so I'm a bit hesitant. I assume barring more significant rain we probably don't need to rush any new rocket paint jobs?
