Oh - I agree. A 2 stager could possibly do it with a smaller rocket and less propellant though, and therefore be less expensive. That's why I suggested it as an option.

Alternatively, the right staged contraption and a pair of P's could probably do it...

What kind of working times do you get with the 205? I may look into that, as that is currently my biggest problem with west (when I use it for bonding).

Interesting... I've never used aeropoxy, but the ones I've used are West (starts clear, ends clear) and Pro-set (starts amber [orange hardener, crystal clear resin] and goes clear as it cures).

Or, if you really want premade, Quickburst makes ejection canisters that have their Cosmos e-matches (highly reccomended - that's all I use). Great products - looked at them at LDRS.
